Interaction Design + Ux & UI:

Booking An Appointment workflow – Browser view & Mobile portrait

This series of screens outlines the workflow for a desktop and mobile, database-driven SaaS application that integrates with client websites. The app targets health spas, hair and beauty salons, and yoga studios.

In the first sequence (top), a customer is booking a hair appointment without having created a personalized settings profile. Click the image to view a larger version.

After setting up an account via the initial workflow, users can create a personalized profile using the second set of screens below. Once the account is established, the personalization workflow stores preferences and settings from past appointments for future use.

I prefer wire flows like these to not only illustrate the workflow but also provide context for the content featured on each screen. This approach helps convey a quick and clear understanding of the project.
